Garden Festival Hemer 2010: n- tree selected as exclusive partner for the ticketing

The 15th Horticultural Show of the state of North-Rhine Westphalia, billed under the slogan "The Magic of Change", is being held in Hemer from 17 April until 24 October 2010. There are five other such shows to visit across Germany this year, and holders of a season ticket for the Hemer event can visit each and everyone of these once at no extra cost.

Organizers have selected n-tree solution's visitor management systems in order to guarantee the smooth running of advance ticket sales, ticketing, event administration and access control. In a Europe-wide bidding process, n-tree was able to secure the contract by offering the best, most innovative solution.

Creative landscape gardeners and horticultural experts have turned the site of a former army barracks into a unique landscape park with attractions for young and old - for passionate gardeners, children, youngsters and the young-at-heart.

The state Horticultural Show is divided into three sections. The former central barracks complex was turned into Forum Square with its ‘sky mirror', where the main focus areas are information and culture. The eastern part of the site is a rock reserve devoted to sporting activities. The ‘park of the senses', in the southern sector of the site, is linked with the rocky landscape and is intended to be a place of relaxation.

Almost 210,000 guests have visited the show since the opening day. Sales of season tickets are also strong, with 27,000 season tickets currently in circulation!
