Competent help and advice for first time visitors alongside the fast handling of regular visitors - an insoluble problem for cashiers in peak periods. Ticket vending and payment machines relieve cashier staff at your facilities. Waiting times are reduced for your guests.
In typical non-peak periods with a reduced number of visitors, the use of cashiers is not economical. At such times cashier machines enable facilities to operate without the use of cashier staff.
Ticket vending machine
Ticket vending machines ensure the problem-free and safe handling of the sales and payment process. The visitor selects his tariff on a user-friendly and clearly laid out touchscreen display. Payment can be made via all means of payment accepted at a cash desk operated by a person. The ticket is issued in the form of a chip card or barcode card.
Payment machine
The ideal scenario for the operator would be for the guests to have such a good time that they decide to use the facilities longer and therefore increase their consumption. The longer visiting period and all goods consumed would then have to be paid for at the cash desks or at the payment machines.
