The ACCESS Sale software provides cashiers with optimum support for
their day to day work. To enable visitors to access your facility
quickly and smoothly at peak times, ACCESS Sale has a simple and
extremely fast user interface. The cashier can choose the desired
tariff quickly, even from a broad range of products. The high speed at
which tickets, barcodes, optical or chip cards are issued is essential
for the swift handling of large groups.
Predefined standard processes in the system make matters easier and
allow the use of temporary staff without extensive training.
ACCESS Sale is designed in such a way that it can be individually
configured for each sales point. Each till can handle a different range
of products, payment types, cashiers, etc. Operators will only see the
functions on the work surface that are required for their individual
activities. A wide variety of sales situations such as ticket sales,
shop cash desk, check-in to fitness area etc. can be handled in the
best possible way with just one single user surface.
All bookings made by a user are stored seamlessly in the system and can be checked at any time using a variety of analyses.

Cashless Payment
At
the entrance desk the guest receives a chip medium with a personal tariff on it. With this data
carrier the guest gets unlimited access to everything you have on
offer: snacks and drinks in the restaurant, souvenirs in the shop,
services in the wellness area etc. Everything is booked contactlessly without the inconvenience of cash. The practicality of cashless payment encourages your guest to consume considerably more. Your turnover increases!
The operator can choose between a prepaid or a credit card system. It is also possible to combine these two versions.
Prepaid Card
The guest preloads a certain amount of money/points on to his chip medium before entering the facility.
With this balance the guest can make cashless payments within the facility. The preloading of the card and the disbursement of the remaining amount can be made at the cash desk or payment machine. The guest can find out the current balance on his card at any time by using an information terminal.
If the data carrier is lost, a new data carrier can be created based on the purchase receipt or, in the case of personalised cards, in the name of the user and the remaining balance can be transferred to it. The lost data carrier is then automatically stopped throughout the whole system.
Credit Card
In case of a credit card, the guest is not required to pay in advance.
A CPS account is opened for the guest and all the guest's services and
purchases are charged to this account. In order to organise the
handling at the entrance in a fast and simple way, the entrance fee can
also be debited from this account.
Before leaving the facility the guest pays for all his services,
purchases and the entry price at an exit cash desk or at a payment
machine. The settling of the account can also be carried out within a
set number of days by invoice or by bank transfer (depending on
country) (for schools, companies etc.).
If the data carrier is lost, it can be automatically stopped within the system and a new one issued.
