ACCESS Event allows to manage all types of events. The fields of application for this event management system range from small theatres or concert halls to football stadiums with linked access control.
ACCESS Event performs all the typical tasks in connection with printing, management and sale of tickets. In addition to direct sales in the local network, the system provides customers with further sales channels such as the Internet and the possible use of online advance sales outlets.
The multi-client capability of the system means that different operators can manage and allow access to separate events independently.
In addition to charging and reservation functions, the key component of this software is general ticket management. This includes the handling of ticket allocations, billing of advance sales outlets and event promoters as well as the management of customer data. ACCESS Event can manage subscription or season tickets as well as print cards with customised ticket layouts.
The integrated editor can be used to simply create room seating and table plans as well as layouts of events with standing and seating areas.
Events marketed over the Internet can be booked by the end customer online. The design can be adapted to suit the event homepage.

The visitor orders his ticket directly at a ticket server. In order to book a ticket, a customer login account must be created. For events with seating plans, the customer can choose his own the seat. The visitor selects a price category with his mouse. The plan shows which seats in his chosen category are still available. Holding the mouse pointer over a seat displays the exact position (seat/row) and price.
For events without a seating plan, the visitor enters the number of tickets required in the appropriate price category. After choosing an event, the required number of tickets in the appropriate price category and if possible the desired seating position the purchase is then processed. The tickets are then paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard etc.) or, if available, by an eps online standard transfer. Methods of payment may be varied for each advance sales outlet. The payment process takes place over an encrypted SSL connection. The bookings are made directly at the relevant advance sales outlets.
