Description
Hotel guests check in at reception. For the duration of their stay, they receive a chip card as their "room key". They can use this to charge all the services from the hotel, restaurant and attached theme park directly to their room bill without lifting a finger.
When the guest first checks in, additional entitlements (e.g. access to the car park, entry to the fitness centre, sauna or spa, etc.) can be entered onto the "room key".
If access to the spa, fitness centre, etc. is already included in the hotel package, the guest can enter the facility directly through the turnstile. If it is not included, the guest must first have authorisation to use the facility entered on the "key" at the desk.
Guests then settle the bill for all the services they have used with reception when they leave.
